Charge your iPhone 12 or newer and your AirPods with wireless charging case quickly and easily with the Apple MagSafe Charger Pack. Usually, you have to buy a separate fast charger for the socket for Apple MagSafe. This bundle already includes a suitable charger. Simply attach the Apple MagSafe magnetically to the back of your iPhone or wireless charging case. This ensures the charger is always in the right place and it charges your smartphone and AirPods properly. This magnetic feature only works with the iPhone 12 or newer models, including the Mini, Pro, and Pro Max versions. You can also charge AirPods with a wireless charging case. You can also attach AirPods with a magnetic case, like the AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro. Apple MagSafe delivers twice the power of other wireless fast chargers and is the only wireless charger that charges your iPhone 12 or 13 at maximum speed. You can also use the Apple MagSafe to charge older iPhone models. They can handle up to 7.5W power, so they don't charge as fast as iPhone 12 or newer models.
Note: wireless charging doesn't work well with 3mm or thicker cases and with cases that contain metal.
Wired charging is always faster than wireless charging.

It found it to be totally unnecessary as the cable supplied with the iPhone will do the job if you simply purchase a mains adapter with a USB-C outlet.
The standard cable does not require that any protection fitted to your iPhone be removed otherwise the charger will not make the necessary contact with the back of the 'phone which is NOT very convienient!
