How do you choose the right size Oura Ring?
Before you buy an Oura Ring, you have to determine your Oura Ring size first. This ring size is different from the size of a regular ring. For deciding your size, first order a sizing kit. Determine your Oura Ring size
There's a special sizing kit per model. The ring size of the Oura Ring 5 is different from the Oura Ring 4 and the other way around. You'll receive the € 10 purchase price back as CoolblueCredit in your account. When you choose your Oura Ring size, keep the following in mind:

Step 1. Choose a finger
When you've received the sizing kit, it's time to try them on. You can wear the Oura Ring around any finger, but we recommend your index finger, middle finger, or ring finger. If you wear your Oura Ring around one of those fingers, the readings are the most accurate. This way, you're sure that insights are correct.
Step 2. Try on several sizes
The sizing kit has test rings with all Oura Ring sizes. Keep in mind that the Ring fits well and securely, but doesn't pinch. You have to be able to put it on and take it off. Make a fist and check if there's no space between your finger and the ring. Try a smaller size if the ring doesn't connect well. You can find the size of the test ring on the edge. This number has to be on the outside of your hand.
Step 3. Wear the test ring for 24 hours
We recommend wearing the test ring for a day, so 24 hours. Wear it while you work out and sleep, for example. After wearing it for a day, the test ring might be more tight in the evening. That's normal, because your fingers are thicker in the evening than in the morning.
Note: the plastic test ring might be a little tighter than the Oura Ring itself. If you wear a test ring with size 8 the entire day and it feels good, order size 8.
