During the Apple event on 9 September, Apple launched 2 new AirPods models: the Apple AirPods 4 Active Noise Cancellation and the Apple AirPods 4. They're the successors to the AirPods 2 and 3 and have a number of improvements. For example, the AirPods 4 have noise canceling. Noise canceling
The Apple AirPods 4 Active Noise Cancellation have noise canceling. The previous models don't have this function. With noise canceling, you hear less from your surroundings and you can completely immerse yourself in your favorite music. The AirPods 4 don't have this function.
Improved design
Both the Apple AirPods 4 Active Noise Cancellation and the AirPods 4 have a renewed design. These earbuds fit more securely in your ears and fall out less easily than the AirPods 2 and the AirPods 3, for example.
React with head movements
If you use Siri, you can use your voice to react but the AirPods 4 also scan the movements of your head. When you shake your head to say yes or no, Siri also knows this.
Charging case with USB-C and sound
The charging cases from both the AirPods 4 Active Noise Cancellation and the AirPods 4 have a USB-C port. That way, you can use the charging cables you maybe already have at home for other earbuds. You can also wirelessly charge the charging case of the Apple AirPods 4 Active Noise Cancellation via MagSafe. The AirPods 4 charging case has a built-in speaker. If you lose the charging case, the case makes a sound so you can find it more quickly.
