Get started with beard care

With a beard and face cleaner or beard shampoo, you can clean your face and beard. Cleaners often contain nurturing and refreshing ingredients. You put a small amount of the cleaner in your palm and let it foam in your hands. Next, you soap your moist beard. Let it sit and wash the cleaner off with warm water. This way, you'll have a clean beard every day which feels soft and smells fresh.

Does your face feel dry or do you have a scruffy beard? A beard balm can solve this. You can use the balm as a washable mask or as a conditioner that you can leave for a few minutes. It's possible to apply the balm onto a moist or dry beard with your hands. After you wash it away, your beard and skin feel soft and nourished.

Do you have a rigid beard or an itchy skin, but you don't want to wet your beard? You can use hydrating beard oil. A beard oil nourishes your facial hair, so it feels soft again. It's easy to use beard oil. Simple sprinkle some oil on your palm and massage it into your beard and the skin around it. You don't need water.

If you want a smooth shave, you can use shaving gel to prevent a burning sensation after you shave. Shaving gel often has a cooling effect and it makes sure your shaver blade slides of your face smoothly. Do you want to see your beard while you shave? Use a transparent instead of foaming shaving gel. You can apply the shaving gel with your fingers to the spots you want to shave. When you're done, you can wash the gel from your face with water.
