Rumble feedback
The Hori Apex is an arcade racing wheel. That means that there's no force feedback in the motor of the racing wheel. With force feedback, you feel vibrations via your steering wheel. This makes it feel like you're driving on the race track. This Hori racing wheel has rumble feedback. So you'll feel it when you hit a wall, but won't feel connected to your racecar. Rumble feedback makes it easier t=for beginners to get used to sim racing with a racing wheel.
Easy adjustments
You can easily adjust the Hori Apex racing wheel in different ways. You can set the dead zone of the steering wheel, adjust the steering sensitivity, and switch between 270 and 180-degree rotation. The Hori Apex doesn't turn more than 270-degrees. The buttons on the steering wheel are completely adjustable, so you can set actions yourself. In addition, you can easily clamp the racing wheel onto your desk. That way, your steering wheel won't slide during an exciting race in your favorite game.
Basic pedal set
The racing wheel includes a pedal set. This set consists of an accelerator and brake pedal made of hard plastic. You can adjust them to your liking by adjusting the sensitivity. The pedal plate doesn't have a clutch pedal, so you can't add a shifter to your setup. The set is a good way to get a feel what racing with a steering wheel and pedals is like. Under the accelerator and brake pedal, there's a panel. You can open it and rest your feet on it.
