What do you do if your coffee machine doesn't grind beans?

Your coffee machine leaks water and you want to solve this problem. Your coffee machine can leak in 4 ways. For example, water is leaking in the drip tray, brown or clear water leaks from underneath the machine, or water leaks from behind the coffee outlet. We'll provide you a solution for each problem.

  • Step 1: remove coffee residue from the coffee channel
  • Step 2: set the grind setting to a coarser setting
Coffee machine doesn't grind beans anymore

Step 1: remove coffee residue from the coffee channel

1: turn off the machine with the power button 2: wait until the machine doesn't make sounds anymore and remove the brew group 3: place the handle of a spoon in the coffee channel. That's the compartment close to the bean hopper where you normally put ground coffee 4: move the spoon up and down, so you loosen any coffee residue

Set the grind size to a coarser setting

Step 2: set the grind setting to a coarser setting

1: place the brew group back 2: turn the machine on with the power button 3: take the lid from the bean hopper 4: set the grind size to a coarser setting. Change it from 1 to 2, for example Note: always change the grind size in steps of 1 to prevent defects.
