How do you solve connection problems with your Meta controllers?
You're about to start Beat Saber or another VR game, but your controllers won't connect. That's inconvenient, especially because you don't know how to solve it. In this article, we'll explain how you can reconnect your controllers to your Meta Quest VR headset. This way, you can play your favorite games in no time.
Calibrate the controller
Before you reset your controllers, it's useful to calibrate them first. Press and hold the Meta button on the controller while you're wearing the Meta Quest VR headset. This is how you calibrate the controller again and solve many problems.
Check batteries
If this doesn't help, you can remove the battery from the controller and put it back in, or replace the battery. If all that doesn't help, reconnect your controller to your Meta Quest VR headset.
Reconnect the controllers
You can reconnect your controllers in the Meta app. Follow the steps below to disconnect and reconnect your controllers.

Open the Meta app and go to 'Devices', and choose the Meta Quest 2 or 3(S) in the app.

Go to 'Controllers' and choose 'Unpair Controllers' to disconnect your controllers.

Press and hold the Meta and B button on the right controller, and the Menu and Y button on the left controller.
The controllers are now reconnected to the headset, and this solves most problems.
