Tip 1: restart your smartphone
You might solve the problem if you restart your device. Read the steps below.
- Press and hold the standby button and upper volume button at the same time.
- Release the button when the device turns off, after about 12 seconds.
- Press the standby button to turn the device on again.
Tip 2: update your smartphone
Sometimes, the solution is to install the latest software on your smartphone. You can install the latest version on your device with the following steps.
- Make sure the device is charged for at least 60%. Otherwise, connect the smartphone to the charger.
- Check if your smartphone is connected to WiFi.
- Tap the cogwheel icon to go to Settings.
- Scroll down and choose for Software update.
- Is there an update available? Choose Download now.
- After downloading, tap Update now.
Your smartphone will now restart. Afterwards, your device will have the most recent software.
