- Press and hold the standby button and the upper volume button at the same time.

The audio problems may be the result of outdated software. That's why you should update the software.
- Make sure the device is charged for at least 60%. Otherwise, connect the smartphone to the charger.
- Check if your smartphone is connected to WiFi.
- Tap the cogwheel icon to go to Settings.
- Scroll down and choose for Software update.
- Is there an update available? Choose Download now.
- After downloading, tap Update now.
Your smartphone will now restart. Afterwards, your device will have the most recent software.

Tip 3: perform a hard reset
With a hard reset, you can revert your device back to factory settings. This is a drastic measure, so try the options above first.
- Make sure you made a backup of your apps, files, and photos. These will be lost otherwise.

- Go to Settings. Scroll down and choose Advanced settings.
- Choose for Backup and reset. Then, tap on Erase all data (restore factory settings).
