Tip 1: restart your smartphone

Press and hold the standby button and the volume up button simultaneously.
Release the buttons when the device turns off.
Switch the device on again by pressing and holding the standby button.

Tip 2: update your smartphone

Sometimes, a function doesn't work because the phone has older software. Follow these steps to update your device. Make sure your phone has enough power.

Go to 'Settings' and tap 'Update software'.
If there's an update available, tap 'Download now'.
