Does the dryer have a separate steam cycle? You can easily freshen up your clothes without washing them. The dryer doesn't dry your clothes, but removes bad odors from your clothes with steam. For example, cigarette smoke, perfume, or a dinner smell after a night of grilling. In addition to the cycle freshening up your clothes, you can also remove wrinkles from your clothes at the same time. The steam relaxes the fabric, so you have less ironing work. After the cycle, your laundry can be slightly damp, so make sure you hang it out to dry.

Some dryers have an extra steam function that you can add to the dryer cycle. The dryer will add steam to the drum during the dryer cycle. This way, the fabric of your clothes or bedding relaxes and it reduces wrinkles while drying. This saves you ironing. Keep in mind that you hang your laundry out to dry after the cycle. Your laundry is slightly damp when you take it out of the drum.
