What is the trade-in service?
With the business Coolblue Upgrade service, you can hand in your employees' old smartphones, tablets, and laptops for a discount on new devices or compensation. This way, you provide your company with the latest products at an affordable price.
What are the conditions?
- Only for business customers.
- You exchange at least 5 business devices.
- The devices work properly. Minor damage is allowed.
- We erase all data on the devices and send a GDPR compliant 'Data Erasure Report'.
How does business trade-in work?
With business trade-in, we take in your old device. You don't have to do much yourself, we'll take care of everything for you. The process goes as follows:
- Schedule a non-binding consultation with Coolblue Business. The expert will answer any questions you may have.
- The expert makes a quote based on your information about the devices you want to return.
- Do you agree with the quote? DHL will then pick up the products from you. You don't have to do anything yourself.
Which products will you hand in?
iPhone upgrade
Do your employees need a newer iPhone? Hand in your current smartphones at Coolblue. You don't have to do anything yourself, we'll arrange for the products to be picked up.
iPad Upgrade
A tablet needs to be replaced after a number of years. Trade in the old devices and receive a discount on the purchase of new iPad models.
MacBook upgrade
The latest MacBook models have fast processors and better displays. This means that your employees can work even better on a new MacBook.
