Siemens EQ 300: basic model
The Siemens EQ 300 is the basic model by Siemens. The milk system of this series is different than with other Siemens models. For every cup of cappuccino, you have to first fill your cup with cold milk yourself. This is an extra thing you need to do. The milk frother heats up the milk and froths it from your cup. The quality of the milk foam isn't as good as that of other milk systems. You can simply control the 300 series with touch buttons, which you can use to choose an espresso, coffee, cappuccino, or latte macchiato.
Siemens EQ 500: more user-friendliness
The Siemens EQ 500 series is very similar to the 300 series, but a lot more solid and user-friendly. With the built-in milk system, you can make milk specialties with a simple touch of a button. Lit icons display the coffee specialties and function as touch buttons at the same time. The small color display guides you through the process of setting the coffee strength and volume. It's good to know that the machines don't make too much noise when preparing coffee.
Siemens EQ 6 Plus: more coffee variation
The machines from the EQ 6 Plus series are very solid. They have a nice display that shows icons with the different coffee choices. With these models, you can also choose the less standard coffee specialties like an Americano, flat white, or an espresso macchiato. You can adjust the strength and amount of coffee per specialty, and easily save it under your own profile. With the EQ 6 Plus S800, you can make 2 milk specialties at the same time.
Siemens EQ 700: touchscreen and controls via the app
You can control the Siemens EQ 7 via the intuitive touchscreen. On the iSelect Display, you can choose from a wide range of international coffee specialties. You can prepare 29 different recipes with one touch of a button. You can save these recipes under your own profile. With the aromaSelect, you can choose between 3 aroma profiles, light, balanced, and characteristics. Via the Home Connect app, you can control the Siemens EQ.700 with your tablet or smartphone.
Siemens EQ 900: more luxury and your own coffee recipes
The Siemens EQ 900 is the most luxurious series by Siemens. These models are very solid, silent, and have everything you need. The coffee machine also has a milk reservoir. With the Barista Mode, you can adjust the amount of milk and coffee to the millimeter and adjust the temperature. You can also easily control the machines with Home Connect via the app.
