Does Coolblue also offer the Extended Warranty on Second Chance and refurbished products?
No. Unfortunately, we don't offer the Extended Warranty on Second Chance products or refurbished products.
Can I buy a separate warranty for an already ordered product?
No. At this time, it's not possible to buy the Extended Warranty separately for your product.
How can I get the Extended Warranty?
You can find the Coolblue Extended Warranty for your product on the product page. You can easily add the Coolblue Extended Warranty for the product you want to use it for in your shopping cart. You can't get Coolblue Extended Warranty later or separately.
When do I pay for the Extended Warranty?
You'll pay for the Extended Warranty when you buy the product the Extended Warranty applies to. It's a one-time payment and you have to pay beforehand.
