Pick up in our store

How long will my order remain in the store?

When you place your order, you choose the date on which you want to pick up your product in the store. The product will be reserved for your for 5 days from that day.

Do I have to pay in advance if I want to pick up an order in the store?

You don't have to. While you place your order, you can choose if you want to pay your order in advance or during pickup in the store.

Can I pick up a pre-order in the store?

Yes, you can. Place your product in the digital shopping cart via the large green button. You can find the release date above this button. During checkout, choose 'Pick up in store'. You won't have to pay until you're in the store. You'll receive an email as soon as your pre-order is ready.

Do you want other products that are already in stock? Order them separately.

How do I know when my order is ready at the store?

We'll send you an email when your order is ready in the store. From that moment, we'll reserve the product for 5 days. Take this email or your order number with you when you visit the store and show it to our employee.

How can I pick up my order in the store today?

If a product is in stock at the store, you can reserve it online and pick it up today. On the product page, you can see if a product is in stock at one of our stores. Just click the button "Pick up in store".

Is the product currently out of stock? You can order it and pick it up the next day. You can pay for it in the store.

Can I pick up my order in the store?

Yes. You can reserve a product online by selecting pickup at one of our stores.

  • If the product is in stock in the nearest store, you can pick it up today.
  • If the product isn't in stock, you can reserve it and pick it up the next day.
  • You can pay for it beforehand or when you pick it up in the store.

Can someone else pick up my order in the store?

Yes, that's possible. Did you pay for the order online and is someone else picking it up? Make sure that person takes a photo of your ID with them.

Can I pay in cash in the store?

Yes, you can pay with cash up to € 2999 in our stores. Reserve a product online and choose 'Pay in store' or visit us to place your order.

Can I pick up a product in the store if it's temporarily sold out online?

Yes, sometimes a product is still in the store when it's sold out online. You can reserve it, so you know for sure it's still there when you visit. You can pay your order before or during pickup in the store.

How do I know if a product is in stock in the store?

You can see where a product is in stock on the product page and when you choose your delivery method.
