Return extra large products
Do you pick up extra large products at home or do I have to return those myself?
In most cases, we'll pick up white goods and kitchen appliances at home.

You can easily and quickly register your return via the online return request form.
How can I get my extra large product ready for return?
- Prepare your product for the return trip:
- Remove water or other liquids;
- Disconnect the appliance from the power grid and disconnect any supply or drain hoses.
- Open the door for our delivery drivers and they'll pick up the product and send it to our warehouse. When the product has arrived, the replacement product will be sent to you or you'll receive a refund within 3 working days.
What do I have to do to return extra large products like white goods and kitchen appliances?
Go through the following steps:
Register your return via the online return request form.
Prepare your product for the return trip:
- Remove water or other liquids;
- Disconnect the appliance from the power grid and disconnect any supply or drain hoses.
- Open the door for our delivery drivers and they'll pick up the product and send it to our warehouse. When the product has arrived, the replacement product will be sent to you or you'll receive a refund within 5 working days.
Can I register extra large products, such as white goods and kitchen appliances, as a return online as well?
