Does Coolblue have a lowest price guarantee?
No. At Coolblue, we want to make a difference with the best service and not with low prices. On this page, you can read more about who we are and why we do what we do.
Why do we display the retail price next to the next to the price promotions in Germany?
We offer the retail price alongside our promotion prices. The retail price is the one suggested by the supplier for selling the product. This is a fixed price that doesn’t change.
How do I place a pre-order?
Place your product in the digital shopping cart via the large green button. You can find the release date above this button. You can choose between delivery at home or pickup in the store.
As soon as we have your product in stock, all orders will be delivered based on their order date. You'll get an email as soon as your pre-order is on it's way or ready for you at the store.
When will I receive the other products from my pre-order order?
You'll receive it together with your pre-order on the release date. Do you want to have the other products sooner? Order them separately.
Can I pick up a pre-order in the store?
Yes, you can. Place your product in the digital shopping cart via the large green button. You can find the release date above this button. During checkout, choose 'Pick up in store'. You won't have to pay until you're in the store. You'll receive an email as soon as your pre-order is ready.
Do you want other products that are already in stock? Order them separately.
What does the stock status 'Temporarily sold out' mean?
This means we temporarily don't have the product in stock. Register on the product page to be kept up-to-date. You'll receive a message via email or text when the product is available again.
The price of the product I want to buy has gone up. What do I do now?
That can happen. The prices of our competitors can change monthly, weekly, or even daily. That happens based on a few factors, like the retail price and cost price.
Are there differences in price between Coolblue.de and Coolblue.nl?
That can happen. The prices or our products can differ per country, based on factors like the retail price and cost price. The website where you place your order determines where we deliver. If you want your package delivered in Germany, you have to place your order on Coolblue.de. It's not possible to order a product on Coolblue.nl and have it delivered in Germany.
Is my product in stock?
You can find out on the product page, under the price of the product. Here, you can always find the most current stock status of the product, both online and in our stores.
