Is a dryer subscription a kind of payment in installments?
No, a subscription isn't a way to pay in installments. You pay for the rent to Coolblue. Coolblue is still the owner of the product for as long as the subscription is running. After 12 months, it's possible to buy the product. Contact the customer service for this.
What's the minimum term of a subscription?
You always rent the dryer for a minimum of 12 months. After that, the subscription can be canceled monthly without giving any reason. Coolblue will pick up the product from you for free and processes it in an environmentally-friendly manner.
Do I get a SCHUFA registration when I take out a subscription?
No, when you enter a contract there won't be a SCHUFA registration on your name.
Do you rent dryers everywhere in Germany?
We only rent our products in Metropolregion Rhine-Ruhr and Großraum Frankfurt. With our postal code checker on the product page, you can easily check if we're able to deliver to you. You can find more information about our delivery per region on the page below.
What if my dryer breaks?
If the product breaks, you can contact our customer service. We'll make sure it's repaired or replaced within 2 working days for free. No need to worry about warranty terms and repair costs. Did you move outside of the Metropolregion Rhine-Ruhr and Großraum Frankfurt? It'll take longer than 2 working days.
What products do you have subscriptions for?
We currently only offer subscriptions for washing machines, dryers, fridges, dishwashers, and freezers.
