In the 0-degree zone, bacteria on meat, fish, and vegetables don't stand a chance and the vitamins are preserved better. In the humidity zone, you can set the humidity yourself. At a high humidity, vegetables and fruit stay fresh longer, and at a low humidity, meat fish and cheese stay fresh longer.
