Minimal cleaning effort
If you want to save as much time as possible when cleaning your oven, choose a Bosch oven with pyrolysis technology. This feature heats the oven space to a very high temperature, which burns off dirt and grease. All you have to do at the end is wipe away the ash with a damp cloth.
Healthier cooking with steam
With the Steam Plus function, your food retains up to 25% more vitamins and up to 54% more minerals than when cooked using regular methods. Additionally, Steam Plus cooks at 120°C. This means your food is ready up to twice as fast as when steamed at 100°C. All Bosch Series 8 combi steam ovens have with the Steam Plus function.
Healthy fried foods
With the Air Fry function in Bosch ovens, your oven-baked snacks turn out nice and crispy. Want some potato chips or vegetable chips? Place your food on the Air Fry baking sheet, add a little oil or butter, and turn on the convection setting. All Bosch Series 8 ovens and some Series 6 models have this function.

That depends entirely on your needs. Looking for a simple model with only the most essential functions? A solo oven is the right choice for you. If you often eat fries, an oven with an airfry function is a good option. This allows you to prepare extra crispy food without much oil. If you prefer a gentle cooking method, choose a steam oven. Steam allows you to heat vegetables, fish, and meat extra gently. As a result, your food retains more nutrients than when cooked using other methods.
How do I measure if the oven fits in my kitchen?
When installing a built-in oven, it's important to measure correctly. There are 2 standard installation heights for ovens: 45 and 60cm. First measure the niche and select the right height in the product filter on our website. You'll find all other dimensions listed under the properties on the product page of the oven. Why is the steam function so useful?
The steam functions on Bosch ovens are convenient because they allow you to cook your meals more gently and healthily. Ovens with a steam boost function have a built-in tray that you can fill with the desired amount of water. This makes bread even crispier and meat even juicier. Steam cooking allows you to prepare your food very gently. This function helps preserve vitamins and other nutrients better.
What should you keep in mind when you use pyrolysis?
Pyrolysis is a method that minimizes the amount of cleaning required. During this process, the oven space is heated to such a high temperature that food rests and caked-on dirt turn to ash. When you turn on pyrolysis, make sure there are no pets or small children in the kitchen. This is due to the extremely high temperatures created during the process. Afterward, just wipe away the ash with a damp cloth.
Do you also connect the oven after the delivery?
If you don't have time to install the oven yourself, select our installation service. There is an option for this on the product page. If you select this option, we'll install the oven in your kitchen for an additional fee. We won't leave until everything works properly.
