Gentle steam with Gentle Steam
Thanks to Gentle Steam, you can cook bread, fish, and meat very gently and deliciously. Select one of the 3 programs to ensure a juicy inside and a crispy outside. Add the water required for the steam to a special compartment in the cooking area. Thanks to the Airfry function, you can enjoy delicious fries without a deep fryer. This technology also reduces the fat content of your food by up to 50%. The hot air circulates around your food, cooking it gently and without oil. The heat is distributed evenly, so your food is crispy all over. With FlexiClean, you can choose between the hydrolysis and pyrolysis cleaning options. If you prefer an energy-saving option, hydrolysis is the right choice for you. This cleaning method uses steam to dissolve grease and stubborn dirt. If you want to remove stubborn residues, the pyrolysis function is a good option. It burns dirt to ash at high temperatures, which you can then remove easily.
Oven sets
An oven set consists of an oven and a separate cooktop with its own control panel. That's why you can only see 2 control dials on the oven. You can build the oven into either an under-counter cabinet or a tall cabinet. If you choose a chest-height oven, you won't have to bend down to bake your food. This is easier on your back. You can then install your independent cooktop in your kitchen island, for example. If they break, you can replace the individual appliances separately.
Stove sets
Unlike an oven set, you control the cooktop of an oven and cooktop set via the control panel on the oven. This means that the cooktop doesn't work independently from the built-in oven, as it's controlled by the oven. Because the panel combines the controls for the cooktop and the oven, it has at least 5 dials. An oven an cooktop set is a good choice for smaller kitchens or if you prefer to have both appliances in one place, for example. This allows you to take pots and pans off the cooktop and place them directly in the oven underneath.

Which oven suits you best depends on your needs. Looking for a simple model with only the most essential functions? A solo oven is the right choice for you. If you often eat fries, an oven with an airfry function is a good option. This allows you to prepare extra crispy food without much oil. A steam oven offers a gentle way of cooking. Steam allows you to heat your vegetables, fish, and meat extra gently. This means your food retains more nutrients than with regular programs. If you don't want to scrub the interior to clean it, we recommend a model with FlexiClean.
How do I measure if the oven fits in my kitchen?
If you want to buy a built-in oven, it's important to measure correctly. There are 2 standard installation heights for ovens: 45 and 60cm. First measure the niche and select the right height in the product filter on the website. You'll find all other dimensions listed under the properties on the product page of the oven. Why is the steam function so useful?
Steam functions such as Gentle Steam or Soft Steam are useful because they allow you to prepare your dishes more gently and in a healthy way. Ovens with Gentle Steam help you to bake crispier bread and cook juicier meat. With Soft Steam, you can choose between 2 steam levels. The first steam level combines hot air with 25% steam. This is mainly suitable for baking bread and desserts. For meat, fish, and vegetables, the second steam setting with 50% steam is recommended. This ensures a crispy crust and tender interior.
What should you keep in mind when you use FlexiClean?
With FlexiClean, you can choose between pyrolysis and hydrolysis. For both options, we recommend wiping the interior with a damp cloth afterward. This removes any stubborn residue or ash. When you turn on pyrolysis, there should be no pets or small children in the kitchen. That's because it uses extremely high temperatures during the process.
Do you also connect the oven after the delivery?
If you don't have time to install the oven yourself, select our installation service. There is an option for this on the product page. If you select this option, we'll install the oven in your kitchen for an additional fee. We won't leave until everything works properly.
