That way, your bread gets a crispy crust and your meat remains juicy. An oven with Soft Steam has 2 steam settings. The first setting combines hot air with 25% steam. That's useful for bread and desserts. For meat, fish, and vegetables, use the second setting with 50% steam. This gets your food crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
