The shifter consists mainly of metal and therefore very sturdy. You just feel that you have quality in your hands. The fact that you have 7 gears (and an "R") just adds an extra dimension to the game. Also tested it a few times with the game "The Crew" and it works flawlessly here too. The shifter also works with the original pedal set of the T300 (so only 2 pedals, without clutch). A nice extra is that you can, for example, turn a real gear lever on this TH8A. There is also the option to switch to sequential (eg as in Rally Cars) by simply replacing the "H-plate" with the supplied "+/- plate". There are also 2 cables in the box. 1 special cable to connect the TH8A to the handlebar (the T300) and a cable with a USB connection. This last cable would then be to be used on a computer in combination with any steering wheel (PC only!). In case of PS3/4, this shifter only works with the T500 or T300.
