According to our stand mixer expert
Thanks to the average power, you can knead several preparations one after the other without overheating the motor.
With the included blender, you can also mix smoothies and you can cut and grate ingredients with the food processor.
You can store the accessories in your kitchen cabinet in the included storage bag.
This stand mixer isn't suitable for kneading heavy dough, such as bread and pizza dough, for a long time.
The Bosch MUM52120 Styline with its iconic appearance is the starter model of Bosch kitchen machines. With a power of 700W, the stand mixer is suitable for mixing batter and kneading light dough. This way you can easily knead cookie dough, but kneading bread dough is a little too much. In addition to kneading and mixing, you also blend juices and finely cut or grate your ingredients with the attachments. You make batter for 1 cake in the 3.9L stainless steel mixing bowl. The stainless steel makes the mixing bowl more firm, more durable, and ensures that no food coloring, odors, and flavors are left behind. After use, clean the individual parts in the dishwasher.
Meh, not really an unqualified success. After the device came out of the box, it worked perfectly for the first 30 seconds. Then no movement. Sent back and after repair (they couldn't find anything about it?) the thing worked for 1 whole minute. When I rattled the control knob, it seemed as if there was something moving again. Sent back, and when returned everything turned out to be working again. Unfortunately, a plastic part was broken during transport, so the whole thing had to be sent again. Finally everything is complete and working at home in the kitchen. (compliments for coolblue, everything arranged via FB and always had a quick answer)

Chosen for this device because of the extra option and the stainless steel bowl.
The device is certainly good for making batter, sauces and whipped cream. However, when kneading bread dough, the device seems to fall apart, the movable arm shakes quite a bit. And he has a very hard time with it. However, cleaning the blender is also disappointing. Rust forms at the bottom of the blades, this is a really bad point since the blender can go in the dishwasher.
