According to our pan expert
Le Creuset offers a lifetime warranty on this pan.
The pan has 2 handles, so you can move the pan safely and easily.
The frying pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to any temperature.
Aluminum retains heat less well.
This pan combines traditional ironwork with modern techniques. The Forgeés pans from Le Creuset are made of forged aluminum. Both the inside and the outside is anodized, which guarantees food safety. The non-stick coating is very effective and does its job even when it's been scratched. Are you worried about harmful substances in traditional non-stick coatings? This Le Creuset high-sided skillet meets the strictest food and product requirements, so you can enjoy your food without worries. The thick bottom of the pan also ensures an optimal heat distribution, to cook food quickly and evenly. The Le Creuset high-sided skillet is suitable for all heat sources and won't get deformed. This way, you can use your robust high-sided skillet to prepare the most diverse dishes for years.
Durability
99-year warranty, that's a nice bonus for a 64-year-old buyer of this beautiful pan! But if I could have bought such a good Le Creuset frying pan 40 years ago, it would have saved me a lot of money and above all aggravation! An incredibly strong, scratch-resistant pan that radiates durability. Practically no butter required and easy to clean. You won't hear me complaining for the next 99 years!

New to use and truly indispensable. Even heat results in a beautiful dish; potatoes, eggs, meat. And also for the taste. Not a heavy pan for the size 30 cm. An extra handle is very handy. The only minor downside is an extra lid, especially a spherical one so that you can let a complete chicken cook for example. Highly recommended.

It is an investment, but this is really a super fine pan. Whether for meat, frying potatoes or stir-frying vegetables. Contrary to what you expect from Le Creuset, the pan is also not very heavy.
