According to our pan expert
The GreenPan pan is PFAS-free.
The pan has 2 handles, so you can move it safely and easily.
The frying pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction, and for use in the oven up to 220 degrees Celsius.
With a basic build quality, this pan is more likely to wear and not as sturdy as a mid-range or high-end pan.
The GreenPan Craft High-Sided Skillet with Lid 30cm is ideal for making stir-fries or dishes that need to simmer for a long time, such as stew. The included lid lets your dishes cook slowly. You get a pan that lasts a long time. The pan has a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating. This means you can cook with little butter or oil, so you can cook healthier. Thanks to the pan's straight sides, the cooking surface is larger. This gives you more room in the pan. The pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction, and for use in the oven up to 220 degrees Celsius. After use, you can simply clean the pan in the dishwasher.
I can finally make my 1 pan dishes without ingredients trying to escape due to a pan that is too small. Only our stove does not have a large enough surface and does not heat the entire pan at the bottom, but still works fine with the lid on.

Very nice pan, nice and big and washes up very quickly. Haven't used it for a long time but feels very solid. We use it almost daily!
