According to our knife sharpener expert
This knife sharpener is suitable for both smooth and serrated knives, so you can fully sharpen meat and bread knives.
Knife sharpeners with 3 different phases allow you to shape your knives better than 2 phases.
With the Chef's Choice Knife Sharpener CC464, you can effortlessly make your dull knives sharp again. The knife sharpener has 2 phases, 1 for honing your knives and 2 for polishing. That means you can also use the knife sharpener for daily maintenance by only using phase 2. The CC464 is suitable for European knives with a smooth or serrated cut, so you can always hone in the right honing angle of 20 degrees. Thanks to the diamond guides, you always get razor-sharp knives.

Performances
Bought this knife sharpener and have not regretted it for a moment. About 8 times through each slot with each knife and the blades are razor sharp, even with our chef's knife that is made of hard steel it becomes razor sharp and tell me now ... who doesn't like working with a sharp knife, it is really a joy to cook like this :p

For the somewhat coarser work and the finer work, a great handy sharpener You grab it quickly, a few strokes with the coarse part and a few strokes in the fine part and it is really sharp!
