Great HOTAS

I wanted a HOTAS for Elite:Dangerous and Star Citizen, because mouse & keyboard alone didn't give me the accuracy. Ever since I've been playing Elite with this HOTAS I've been flying like I'm actually in a spaceship. Every button on the HOTAS is very easy to reach and use, so you don't have to make any finger-breaking movements to use a button.

The software allows you to set everything according to your own choices. Each button is fully programmable, even with different profiles so you can use the optimal settings for each game. You can even adjust the display and have the LEDs dim or even turn off (contrary to what the other review claimed).

The cables (both the USB cable for connecting to your PC and the cable between the two parts) are long enough to be able to use the HOTAS very comfortably. The suction cups ensure that your HOTAS also remains very stable, although they can come loose in the beginning.

Small downside was that the software on the supplied CD was outdated. But you can pick it up from their website.

All in all, a great HOTAS and I am extremely happy with the purchase of this product.

I bought Saitek X52 throttle and joystick for Elite: Dangerous. It's a beautiful model that does everything you need. Enough buttons available, and enough resistance on the throttle. So unless you really want to spend the extra money to necessarily have the Pro, definitely get this one.
