The oven is not too big, just big enough. Comes with two wooden scoops with which you can easily put the pizza in the oven.

Pizzas come out tasty. Kids are happy :).

If you make a few things in advance, you can bake pizza fairly quickly in the evening.

As a bouncer, our dough recipe: Ingredients:

660g white bread flour
20g semolina
Bag of 9g instant yeast
Twice lukewarm water (32ºC à 38ºC)

2 tsp salt
