fine if adjustments to the audio settings

I was very pleased with the improvement in sound after connecting this system to my smart TV. after a while, however, I started to find the sound a bit flat and even a bit shrill. I thought it was because the middle speaker dominates. I then adjusted the setting to sound level 4 for the middle speaker, 5 for the surround speakers and 6 for the subwoofer. I can recommend the same to anyone who buys this system. the sound suddenly sounds much fuller and has much more depth. 1000 times better. with that attitude, this system is really toppy and well worth the money!

After purchasing a new Led TV here at Coolblue, I still missed the big sound with my large TV for a real home cinema experience. I didn't want to spend hundreds of euros more on it and that's how I ended up with this competitively priced Sony surround set. I have to say that the sound, especially considering the price, more than exceeds my expectations. It goes nice and loud with enough bass to make the couch vibrate. With a movie that supports 5.1 sound, you can really enjoy the spatial 3D effects, so that you are completely absorbed in your movie experience. With a little tweaking in the settings, you can set the sound experience well for your home situation so that every speaker comes out well. Connecting was also quite easy. With colored plugs and inputs on the blueray player, it really couldn't go wrong. Unfortunately, I had to cut the cables of the rear speakers to extend the cables with an extra piece of speaker cable, because otherwise I could not bridge the distance to the back wall (more than 5 meters) and also neatly hide the cables. It is therefore a set that is better suited for a somewhat smaller living room. The number of devices that you can connect is also limited, but in my case everything runs via the TV, which now provides all the sound with an optical sound cable. All other devices are therefore connected to the TV instead of directly to the surround set. The optical cable had to be purchased separately, just like an HDMI cable, both of which are not included, which was a shame because I still had to leave the house before I had everything ready. Streaming to the surround set from a smartphone or tablet is also super easy because the player has built-in WiFi and Bluetooth, so I don't have to turn on the TV separately. All in all, I can definitely recommend this set if you don't want to connect too many devices and just want good sound with your TV.
