According to our powerline adapter expert
You can create a WiFi hotspot and connect your devices to your network wirelessly.
Thanks to the built-in socket, you don't have to give up a socket in your home.
The adapters have 2 network ports to connect devices with a wire.
The base station lacks a built-in socket to connect extra devices.
The maximum speed of powerline adapters depends on the AC power in your home.
With the TP-Link TL-WPA4226KIT, you can create an extra wireless network without running cables. You can plug the powerline adapters into the socket, connect them to your router, and they're ready for use right away. This way, you can easily create 1 extra WiFi point. With 1 adapter, you can connect devices to the internet both via WiFi and a network cable.

I ordered the kit because I couldn't really get a good WiFi signal in the bedroom. If you install it according to the manual that comes with it, you will unfortunately never get the product working within an existing WiFi network. After some searching on the internet by model number, you eventually come to a video that ensures that everything works within 5 minutes. It's a pity that the video on this website gives wrong information so it won't work as it should. However, this does not affect the functioning of the kit, it just does what it is supposed to do and does it well and quickly once you have it working.

Works well. Plug in, pair and you're done. Wifi connection is strong. Can stream Netflix or 4K Youtube via WiFi fine. However, the connection drops regularly. Solved by a reset. More users seem to be having this problem. Haven't found a solution yet.
Nice product, but not 100% satisfied.

Manual incorrect. The two devices in the manual are reversed. See also the YouTube video of coolblue that is correct!
