KitchenAid 5KHM9212EAC Almond Cream

Very nice hand mixer. When you turn it on, it starts at 1 which is quiet mixing, so no flour cloud in your face. It is very powerful and not too heavy. I also have a stand mixer/food processor, but since I got this kitchenaid hand mixer I use it very little.

This is a great device, we mainly use it to knead (yeast) dough. We don't have room for a "large" kitchenaid in our kitchen, this is a great alternative. It is a bit more expensive than other hand mixers, but so far it seems to be worth it.

When our old hand mixer became more and more rickety, I decided to look for a new one. I have read reviews and looked at many (models up to 100 euros) models in the stores. In the end, I chose KitchenAid, despite the price. The housing and the fittings feel very solid. The attachments fit perfectly on the device. I've had it for two weeks now and I've kneaded pizza dough, made cake batter and whipped cream with it, among other things. This device did that effortlessly. Whipping whipped cream took so long with the previous mixer that I got cramps in my hand. I don't have this problem with the KitchenAid hand mixer - it went really fast and I didn't get any cramps, despite the fact that this unit is a bit heavier.
