According to our electric shaver expert
With the fold-out precision trimmer you can create clean lines and trim your sideburns and neck hair.
You can clean the shaver head quickly and easily by rinsing it under the faucet after use.
The battery life at 30 minutes is relatively shorter than other electric shavers in this price range.
This electric shaver can only be used dry, so it's not suitable for sensitive skin.
The Braun Series 1 190s-1 gives you an easy way to get a smooth shave and has a number of useful properties that mean this entry-level model is a cut above the rest. Thanks to the FreeFloat system, the floating shaver foil effortlessly follows the contours of your face, and the Smart-Foil head makes sure that you cut all hairs, whatever direction they might grow in. The Braun 190s Series 1 is fully washable, so you can clean it after every shave and use the protective cover to keep it as good as new for as long as possible.
Note: are you switching from a rotating electric shaver to this electric shaver? Give yourself a couple of weeks to get used to this new shaving system. Once you've mastered the technique, you can effortlessly give yourself a smooth shave.
