This sander does what it's supposed to do. I only want to write this review because I absolutely do not think it absorbs much dust. Half in the bin and the other half around where you are sanding. Other reviews give the impression that you can work almost dust-free, but this is far from the case. Furthermore, no harm to the machine, but without hanging a vacuum cleaner you can't really use it indoors.
