Before baking it is best to rub with some lettuce/olive oil. that reduces cleaning by more than half the time. plates remain warm for a long time after heating, so they are ideal for resting the meat. The biggest advantage is that the inside of the barbecue remains tidy because fat and meat residues remain on the plates (in contrast to the open grids)

As usual - ordered and delivered in no time (thanks Coolblue!). Fits well on my non-Barbecook device (measure first of course) - I have a Central Park.

bakes beautifully, and - top! - usable on both sides (one side baking tray, one side grill). Best steak grilled in a long time!

Very few instructions included - how do I best clean this thing? Don't dare to scrub well with a wire brush because I don't know whether this will damage the plate, but without a wire brush it doesn't clean so evidently... someone good tips!

If you don't have to bake a lot, steak, cutlet, etc., your BBQ will remain tidy and everything will bake nicely with a grill effect. Quickly installed and easy to maintain. The grill is better for sausages, etc.
