Relatively much drying area through the 6 drying racks supplied.
No timer so you have to keep an eye on the drying process yourself.
With the Princess Food Dryer, vegetables and fruit can be kept for months without preservatives, but with preservation of taste and smell. This is how you make your own healthy snacks. You cut the ingredients into equal pieces and distribute them evenly over the racks, without overlap. After 8 to 12 hours of drying between 35 and 70 degrees Celsius, the products are ready. You keep your creations in airtight containers or plastic bags in a cool, dark place. The 6 different levels of the Princess Food Dryer have a hole bottom, so you dry fruit and vegetables evenly.

The product does what it's supposed to do, it dries food. I have dried different fruits and it tastes good. Device gets warm, not hot. You can easily switch floors.

It is a good product for a very nice price. I find the space between the drying plates a bit small. This means you can only dry small products. It is ideal for drying pitted cherries and various herbs.
