According to our food processor expert
This food processor has 2 mixing bowls of 0.5 and 1.7L.
With the included blender mix attachment, you can also use the food processor as a blender, so you can easily make smoothies, milkshakes, and sauces.
You can find inspiration for dishes in the included recipe booklet.
With the small 1.7L capacity, this food processor is only suitable for 1 to 2 people.
The Magimix Le Mini Plus food processor is small, but mighty. It's suitable for kitchens with little space. Thanks to its powerful induction motor, it can easily take on large tasks. Is the 1.7L mixing bowl too big for some of the preparations? Use the 0.5L bowl instead. Le Mini automatically adjusts the speed to the type of preparation. You don't have to find the right setting for kneading dough, mixing soup, or chopping meat or hard vegetables. Store your accessories in the storage box, so it doesn't have to take up space in the kitchen drawer. Magimix offers a 30-year warranty on the motor.

Versatility
I was looking for a small food processor to help me with my daily cooking (we are 2 people) and to leave it on my counter. I already had good experience with my 12-year-old Magimix 4200XL, which I still use and which still works great, but I now only use it for the larger cooking and baking. So a Magimix was the obvious choice for me. I must confess that I had no less than two copies with problems before the third copy (which I now own) worked well. I was disappointed with Magimix, but CoolBlue has shown itself to be a super supplier with fast and pleasant service!
I have now been using my machine quite intensively for a number of months, almost daily. It does exactly what it should, is nice and strong and easy to clean. Ideal for chopping onions and cutting or grating vegetables for an evening meal or lunch. Beating proteins works perfectly, as is known from Magimix. If you use the small mixing bowl, the large one just stays clean, which is also very handy! It takes up little space on the counter, which is important to me, and it also looks nice. What surprised me very positively is the citrus press. I didn't expect it to be so handy and function so well. A glass of fresh orange juice is really squeezed like that, rinse all parts immediately under hot water and you're done. I don't put the parts in the dishwasher, I just don't do that with my good kitchen stuff.
In short, I am really very happy with my cooking buddy! Don't want to miss him anymore :-)

The device is not powerful enough to really chop heavier foods like dates. Making hummus was fine.
