According to our food chopper expert
This chopper is supplied with a spacious mixing bowl of 1.1 liters.
Due to the compact size, the chopper takes up little space.
The individual parts are dishwasher safe.
This chopper is not suitable for heavy kneading with a capacity of 500 watts.
Do you cry from onions? Not with the Philips HR2505 / 90 onion cutter. He cuts the onion in even blocks through the blade insert with 3 blades. Due to the size distribution on the collection tray, you measure quantities accurately. With the included chopper you also use the onion slicer as a chopper. You can easily grind meat, nuts, cheese and ingredients for dipping sauces. After chopping and crushing, you put the individual parts in the dishwasher.
Very happy with it. The coarse chopping is really ideal.

I had a 400 watt Domo for this. Did well for the lighter work, but I like to make a humus once in a while and the Domo literally went up in smoke :-), couldn't handle it. This Philips can handle the heavier work much better. And the lighter work (tomatoes, zucchini, fruit, are chopped super fine in no time into a purée. If you don't want a purée, you can use the basket with the special knife. So so positive! Only strange that they don't have silicone tops at the bottom or something similar to prevent slipping Need a hand to keep things in place while chopping.
