According to our foam roller expert
Because the foam roller is small and light, you can easily take it with you.
The foam roller is hard, allowing deeper and more intensive massages.
Thanks to the ridges and studs, you can vary the pressure of the massage very specifically.
Because the foam roller is quite short, you can't massage large muscle groups in one go.
Muscle soreness? With the Tunturi Yoga Foam Grid Roller 33cm, you can relax your stiff muscles. The different zones have different structures, so the pressure of the foam roller varies per zone. As a result, you can adjust the massage to your needs.
Comfort
Quality
The roller does indeed work well to relieve the pain. In addition, a magnum bottle of wine fits right in this roller; Since the thick foam layer insulates, this is the perfect drink holder for summer parties!

This medieval torture device does exactly what you expect. It torments your muscles (I use it for my back) to the point where even your muscles think "check it out". This will relax your muscles and make the pain disappear. So you apparently have to lean on the roller with all your weight and then roll over it. With my modest 90 kilos, Ok 94 kilos, this hurts quite a bit and I am left with bruises. You can use these places again for many a strong story, so that is also positive. Oh and cat doesn't like him.

It has proved effective for me in remedying an Achilles tendon injury, and indeed contributes to better blood circulation.
