According to our foam roller expert
The foam roller is long, so you can massage large muscle groups in one go.
The foam roller isn't very hard, so the massages are lighter, which makes the roller suitable for people who don't like intense massages.
The foam roller has studs, so you mimic a targeted fingertip massage and alternate the pressure of your massage.
The foam roller doesn't have surfaces, so you'll have less variation in massaging.
You can massage large muscle groups before, or after your workout with the Tunturi Yoga Massage Roller EVA. The large size makes it easy to massage your back or shoulders. The material of the foam roller isn't very hard, which makes it suitable for people who prefer softer massages,
Comfort
Quality
I use the foam roller to loosen the connective tissue on only the (lower) back and shoulders. Only used it for a week (daily) and already feels smoother. Works well as a support.

I picked the long one on purpose but is a bit too long to hide, othert than that extremely happy with it. High quality, strong resistance.
