According to our Blu-ray player expert
Thanks to the integrated smart TV, you can play apps like Netflix on the Blu-ray player.
You can cast the image of your smartphone or tablet to the TV via Miracast.
You can't play 4K Blu-rays on the Blu-ray player.
The Sony BDP-S3700 is a Blu-ray player that turns your television into a smart TV. It gives you access to useful apps and Internet via WiFi. With Miracast, you can send the image on your smartphone or tablet to your television and watch your pictures and videos from your mobile device directly on to the big screen. Stream movies and series from a computer or NAS in your home network to the Blu-ray player using DLNA.
Small in dimensions, easy to operate, green LED light when in use, small remote control, also works for TV, front connection for USB port, inexpensive to purchase.
