The Miele Refill reservoir TwinDos 1 is an empty container that you fill with your own liquid detergent. The reservoir has a capacity of 1.5L. If you have a Miele TwinDos washing machine, you don¿t have to measure detergent yourself with this reservoir. When you place the reservoir at the bottom of your TwinDos washing machine, the machine automatically dispenses your detergent. This way, you never use too much detergent, and your clothes stay in good condition for longer.
Note: TwinDos washing machines work with 2 different reservoirs; refill reservoir 1 is only for standard detergent, and refill reservoir 2 is for fabric softener or standard detergent.

Does what it's supposed to, but I find it very expensive for a plastic tank. Should be included for the price of the washing machine, but then Miele's own detergent is of course not sold enough.

Bought 2 tanks to use own detergent for white and color. Bizarrely enough, you cannot indicate in the machine that a reservoir contains detergent for white, but you can indicate 'universal' or 'fur'... I suspect that with some programs you can choose 1 or 2 yourself and then indirectly choose your white detergent.
The price is completely ridiculous. 1 empty reservoir therefore costs twice as much as a full Ultraphase reservoir! I don't know exactly how much the Ultraphase detergent is more expensive than your own, but I suspect that it will take a long time before you have earned back the purchase price of these refill reservoirs. But it is so that either old-fashioned dosing your own detergent.
It is also worth noting that reservoirs 1 and 2 are therefore just identical except for the number that is stated on the bottles.
