According to our power bank expert
With a 13,000mAh capacity, you can fully charge your smartphone 2 to 3 times.
Store your power bank and cables in the included cover.
Because the power bank doesn't have a fast charge function, you can't charge your smartphone or tablet extra quickly.
You can charge your devices on vacation with the Anker PowerCore 13,000mAh Black. With this power bank, you can fully charge the battery of your smartphone 2.5 times. And thanks to the 2 USB-A ports, you can charge two devices at the same time. Connect your e-reader and navigation system while you're at the campsite, for example. Thanks to 15 watts of power, charging is quite fast. This power bank includes a micro USB cable. It's suitable for older smartphones and devices like e-readers and navigation systems. Newer Android smartphones generally have a USB-C port. For Apple iPhone models, you need a USB-A to Lightning cable. Thanks to the included cover, you can store your cables and power bank together. That way, you'll never forget either of these.

Because my smartphone often does not make it on long days and I do not always have a socket, I decided to purchase a power bank.
I chose Anker, which is known for its power banks. And you notice that. Included in the box is a USB cable and a cover to protect your power bank while traveling or commuting. Those are always nice extras. Unfortunately, the power bank is not made of metal, but of a kind of plastic that does not seem very scratch-free to me. The device itself, contrary to what many say, is quite small in my opinion. It also weighs a bit, but since the PowerCore will spend most of the time in my backpack, this isn't a deal breaker for me.
Charging various devices is (for me at least) fast enough. This power bank does not have QuickCharge, but that was not a requirement for me either. My portable speaker took just under 3 hours to fully charge, my smartphone 2.5 hours. Very satisfied with this.
Charging the power bank itself takes a very long time, in the absence of QuickCharge. It took me about 8 hours before the 4 LED lights went out and gave the signal that it was fully charged. With a capacity of 13,000mAh, you don't have to do this every day and you can charge it perfectly while you sleep.
In short, an excellent power bank for its money.
