Connect the WaterRower Heart Rate Monitor Chest Strap Black to your WaterRower to measure your heart rate while rowing. Plug the ANT+ receiver into the console of the machine to display the readings. Wasted money

Band is nice
If you do have a connection, it's a great addition
The connection keeps dropping

The receiver continuously loses the connection. So you actually have nothing to do with it. Sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes to connect again for 2 minutes. An absolute recommendation! I now only use my Garmin sports watch.
