Grilling performance
We are already ready for the third baking tray, after using it once, pieces of the non-stick layer come loose and the plate cannot be cleaned properly. I think it's too expensive for that.

What a party this grill! Last Friday I used the grill for the first time with my husband and daughters. We liked it so much that we left the grill on all weekend. However, because of the many options, we didn't eat the same day.
Together with our daughter we made our own pizza and baked it on the bottom of the grill in the pans. Due to the bottom heat function, the grill bakes the pizza really perfectly. Nice and crispy, without being greasy. No more home delivery for us. Because you can place the pans on the bottom of the cooling plate, it is possible to take a break in between. Nice!
The grill heats up quickly and you can regulate the temperature yourself. A huge plus compared to our old Tefal grill that can only be turned on or off. For the worst appetite, you can quickly fry some meat at a higher temperature. And then you lower the grill a bit so that you can cook your meat slowly.
We still have the manual in the box, so the grill is also great in terms of ease of use.
We are excited for the holidays!

It is finally a gourmet set that gets hot enough and where you can also cook things well at the bottom, such as potatoes. We had never been able to do that before.

According to our raclette grill expert
Thanks to the 1400W, the raclette grill heats up fast.
The grill plate has a non-stick coating, so you don't have to use much oil for the preparations.
The adjustable thermostat allows you to easily set the temperature.
The gourmet set is very large and is therefore more difficult to store.
With the Solis Tabletop Grill 5-in-1 - 8 People, you can choose from 5 different ways of fun cooking. For example, you can use the raclette pans on the heat plate to prepare the ingredients and place them below the heat plate when you're not using the pan. On the grill plate, you can grill a small steak while preparing your vegetables and fish on the flat griddle. Prefer to wok? Flip the plate to the side that you place the little woks on. That way, you can make a pancake in the raclette pan while you stir-fry vegetables in the wok. The plates and pans all have a non-stick coating. That way, ingredients don't stick, you don't need as much butter or oil, and you can clean everything more easily.
