According to our wall chaser expert
Thanks to the adjustable width, you can cut out exactly what you need.
Equipped with an extra-long 3-meter cord so you're not likely to need an extension cord.
You work as dust-free as possible when you connect the chaser to your vacuum.

Ferm's WSM1009 has no less than 1,700 watts of power, which is enough to cut through even the hardest types of stone and concrete. This power allows the grinding wheel to spin at 4,000 RPM unloaded. This way, you can easily cover up cables and pipes. Thanks to the integrated laser, you'll cut straight down. In order to get the best result, it's important to cut down, that is, away from the laser; not up, along the laser line. Of course, you don't just want to be able to cut at 1 width, because some cables or pipes simply are a lot narrower than others. That's why the WSM1009 can handle several different cutting widths. This wall cutter can make gullies of 14, 19, and 29 millimeters wide without any effort. It'll cut them out nice and deep too, because it has a cutting depth of 28 millimeters.

I've done a few meters with it now at home as an amateur. Was really very simple was a bit afraid of a lot of dust, but in combination with a construction vacuum cleaner that I had rented, no dust was released at all.

I am a hobby handyman who, because of dust formation when using a grinding tool, has chosen to purchase a wall router. I have used the device in freestone with a construction vacuum cleaner. There was no dust formation. So a successful purchase.
For inexperienced users, it is useful that the device starts slowly. When "biting", the device also stops without bucking. So nice and safe. What was strange was that I had misunderstood the combination with the laser pointer. You drag this into the groove, instead of the expected one in the milling direction.
No dust, not too heavy and forgiving.

Nice machine if you have to put a lot of electricity etc in the wall. You have to figure out how to set the width of the slot. And mark on the wall where the slots should be. Then it's a matter of connecting a vacuum cleaner (preferably a large one!) and cutting. Hearing protection is not a luxury. Because you work backwards, the laser line shines in the slot you have already made. That is inherent in the construction of the device. Because our walls are plastered anyway, it didn't matter much whether they were exactly straight. It goes really fast and unlike a flex you have virtually no fabric in the house.
