According to our food chopper expert
Easily pulverize hard ingredients, thanks to the short, extra power blast of the pulse function.
While using the food processor, you can easily add ingredients through the opening in the lid.
Thanks to the cord storage option, you can neatly store the food processor after use.
No extra knife is included, so if you want to chop or cut several ingredients, you'll have to wash the knife between ingredients.
The KitchenAid 5KFC3516EAC Almond is compact in size and suitable for daily use in the kitchen. Even though this kitchen machine is extremely light and manageable, the stainless steel knife easily chops, mixes, or mashes raw vegetables, fruits, herbs, or nuts. The kitchen machine has 2 speeds and a pulse setting with a little extra power for grinding larger ingredients. The mixing bowl has a capacity of 0.83 liters and can be covered with a lid. Do you want to add something while you're using the food processor? Thanks to the opening in the lid, it's easy. After you're done, both the mixing bowl and the lid easily go into the dishwasher, and you can neatly stow away the kitchen machine thanks to the cord storage option.

Durability
Mill owned since 2017, used almost daily. However, after 6 years, the mechanism that activates the mill has broken down. In itself a reasonable period, but it remains a shame, since I am now obliged to buy a new cup, or a new mill. It remains to be seen what the cost of this part is. In itself a design flaw, because it concerns a mini piece of plastic that could have broken much faster.

I mainly bought it to chop nuts, but I don't think it's suitable for that. The nuts at the bottom are ground into powder and the nuts at the top remain whole while I want them coarsely chopped. To be honest I haven't used it yet. So don't know how he whips cream or, for example, makes a pesto.
