According to our television mount expert
You can easily attach your TV to the wall thanks to the easy installation.
With this mount, your television hangs against the wall with a minimum distance.
This mount is suitable for mounting an OLED television on the wall.
Because the mount is fixed, you can't turn or tilt it in the desired direction.
With the Vogel's Thin 405 Wall Mount, you can hang your TV tight against the wall. Thanks to the slim design of this mount, the distance between the wall and your TV is just 1.5cm. This way, you can neatly mount your TV close to the wall. With the included spirit level, you can easily level the TV when you mount it to the wall. If you need help with the installation, download the TV Mount Guide app on your smartphone or tablet. This app uses the included poster as a reference point, so you know exactly where to drill the first hole.

I bought this item because it looks neat, with simple installation and also recommended on CoolBlue. Installation very easy and it works well, but what I do not like so much is that the TV is not well secured against falling down. I know, you would need to tilt it and lift it... But some other systems have a security lock which is preventing even absolute dummies to knock the TV down. This one is very thin, I get it. But the hook of the frame attached to the TV which hangs on the part attached to the wall is less than 1 cm. The metal profile, which avoids to knock it down if only lifted vertically up, is doing so by roughly 1 mm barrier. Other systems have a hook several centimeters and real secure barrier which practically avoids any possibility to knock the TV down. Summary: Sorry, but not completely happy. How about adding a little mechanism to make it 100% safe?

Price-quality ratio is good, but the distance to the wall of 1.5 cm quickly turns out to be unfeasible if your television comes with a thick contact end

Because the bottom of the TV is thicker than the back with the vesa connection, I got stuck for a while. Until I saw the spacers. Fill and confirm. Comfortable.
