Once you get this mifi router working, it does a great job. But to specify the correct settings requires technical knowledge and patience. Called the Coolblue helpdesk on Saturday, but they did not know the correct settings and referred to the Huwaei helpdesk. The helpdesk is closed on Saturday and Sunday. It wasn't until Monday that I got in touch and learned that the apn had to be changed. The Huawei helpdesk did not know what this should be, but referred to the telecom provider that supplied the SIM card. This provider was told that KPN uses as apn: portalmmm.nl With this setting in the apn I finally had a connection to the internet. So if you use a SIM card for this mifi router, always ask the provider what the apn is. Otherwise, this router is of no use to you. By the way, you must connect the router to a computer, otherwise you cannot set the router. So not even the apn.
