Bought for camping, small kups device for delicious coffee.

Nice coffee from a nice machine

Had taken a Nespresso to replace my Senseo. Wanted nice coffee. I only expected a big wow effect. Apparently my taste buds are not well developed ;-). It is also possible that the sample pack that I ordered with it is too mild in taste. That's where I'm going to experiment. Notice the difference in bitterness and acidity.

It works perfectly with the Nespresso cups. Going to test with the B-brand cup soon. Just cheaper. Then I want to see if that leak problem, which you hear a lot of stories about, really has to do with the cups. A Nespresso employee himself indicated that the Lungo button is often used with an Espresso cup. This creates too much pressure in the cup due to the larger amount of water. As a result, the water has to go somewhere. So leakage. Sounds logical. But that's not the only reason in my opinion.

Now there is a difference between the B-brands and the original cups. For example, you should go for aluminum. Even then you have to be careful. Saw, for example, that the HEMA cups are made of aluminum, but that they are not under tension as nicely as the Nespresso cups. It is important that the Nespresso machine must be able to push through the foil. Otherwise, you also run the risk of leakage or water not flowing through properly.

Sound is okay. Was equal to my Senseo. So no such problems. No, it doesn't sound like a fancy coffee machine. Fine to live with for that one cup.

Water tank is small but big enough if you don't have many coffee drinkers. Have no problem at all with adding new water every day or every morning and afternoon. You can easily brew 5 cups. Similar to the receptacle. Fine right?

Another advantage is that you can easily take such a small device with you on holiday. Wake up with a cup of coffee. Delicious!

It's still a bit of experimentation, but that's all right.
